ASTRA BONNET AND KNOB NEW AMENDMENT

Followed by CAPA report, Astra bonnet having lots of complaint about getting lock while regulating pressure. New design were support fins are shifted at the top edge and locking mechanism using fine fins at the bottom certainly resolved that issue.
Project completed after new mold design for bonnet and few changes to the earlier dies of bonnet.
The project was challenging as we don't have freedom to modify bonnet, While knob die was going trough complete change.
Which results in 4-5 visits to mold designers as injection molding can be intricate as lots of factors like shrinkage can make whole project getting shelved.
