HYDRAULIC LIFT WITH SLIDING TRAY

A exhibitor needs the Hydraulic lift for their special visitors on newly opened exhibition center in Mumbai. The objective of the lift is to carry 150-200 kg of load which comprises of individual with his wheelchair. The two synchronized hydraulic cylinders which where used to make it robust and risk proof.
DESIGN
Structure design started with analysis of beam orientation. Whole carrier for the lift was constructed using three C-channels wich were need to be analysed for structural load test to check buckling. This process is done through Anasis. Which finalized the final carrier design.
SLIDING TRAY
This tray was pushed via 25 mm bore cylinder, however asymmetrical movement might lock the tray. To ensure smooth functioning four linear ball cage bearing where used on a hard chrome shaft on ether sides.
